Learning Deck provides online cohort-based training programs focused on CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Snowflake. Our services include:

• Live instructor-led training sessions

• Hands-on projects and assignments
• Career support and placement assistance
• Certification preparation
• Access to our learning management system

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

All fees for our programs are stated in the applicable currency at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in a program, you agree to:

Payment plans and EMI options are subject to approval and may incur additional processing fees.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
• Not share login credentials or course materials with others
• Complete assignments and projects with academic integrity
• Attend live sessions as scheduled or watch recordings promptly
• Not engage in any disruptive or harmful behavior
• Not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Placement Assistance

Learning Deck provides placement assistance to eligible participants. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Placement assistance includes resume reviews, interview preparation, and job referrals. Final hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learning Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
