Refund Policy

At Learning Deck, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.
Refund Eligibility Timeline
Full Refund (100%)
Within 7 days of enrollment, before program starts
Partial Refund (50%)
Within first 2 weeks after program begins
Credit Only (25%)
Between weeks 2-4, applicable to future programs
No Refund
After 4 weeks from program start date
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to refunds@learningdeck.com with your enrollment details
- Include your full name, enrolled program, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Registration and administrative fees
- Certification exam vouchers once issued
- Third-party software or tool subscriptions
- Programs purchased during promotional offers (special terms may apply)
- Corporate or group enrollments (subject to separate agreement)
Program Transfers
If you are unable to attend your enrolled cohort, you may request to transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before your cohort start date. Each enrollment is eligible for one free transfer; subsequent transfers may incur a fee.
Program Cancellation by Learning Deck
In the unlikely event that Learning Deck cancels a program, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program of equal value. We will provide at least 14 days notice for any program cancellations.
EMI and Payment Plan Refunds
For enrollments made through EMI or payment plans, refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid at the time of the refund request. Any outstanding EMI obligations will be adjusted accordingly. Processing fees charged by payment partners are non-refundable.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen situations, please contact us directly. We will review such cases individually and may offer accommodations beyond our standard policy.
